1. Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) invite applications from Malaysian registered companies who are interested to participate in the following tender:

2. Purchase of tender document can be made starting from 18/01/2021 to 22/01/2021 during office hours (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) at Education Malaysia Global Services, Suite A-21-1, Level 21, 157 Hampshire Place Office, No. 1, Jalan Mayang Sari, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 

3. The price of one (1) copy of the tender document is RM500.00. Payment is to be made in the form of a bank draft or postal order to Education Malaysia Global Services. Cash and personal cheques will not be accepted. Should the tender be accepted, failed, re-tendered or terminated, the purchase cost of the tender document will not be returned / refunded.

 

4. The tender document will only be sold to eligible vendors. Vendors are required to bring along their Original MOF Certificate when purchasing the tender document to show their “FIELD CODE / KOD BIDANG” as requested in this advertisement.

 

5. Completed Tender Responses are to be placed into a sealed envelope with the Tender Number and Tender Title on the top right side. The tender response document is to be placed into the tender box at Education Malaysia Global Services, Suite A-21-1, Level 21, 157 Hampshire Place Office, No. 1, Jalan Mayang Sari, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before or on 8 February 2021, by 12.00 noonLate submission will not be accepted.

 

6. Education Malaysia Global Services is under no obligation to accept the tender response with the lowest price or any other offer / criteria.

 

7. Due to the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO), please contact EMGS Procurement Division prior to purchasing Tender documents or for any enquiries via email at procurement@educationmalaysia.gov.my or call at +603-2180 0800.

2. Pembelian dokumen tender boleh dibuat pada waktu pejabat (8.30 pagi hingga 5.30 petang) mulai 18/01/2021 sehingga 22/01/2021 di Education Malaysia Global Services, Suite A-21-1, Aras 21, 157 Hampshire Place Office, No. 1, Jalan Mayang Sari 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

 

3. Harga bagi satu (1) salinan dokumen tender ialah RM500.00. Bayaran hendaklah dibuat dalam bentuk bank draf atau kiriman pos kepada Education Malaysia Global Services. Wang tunai dan cek persendirian  tidak akan diterima. Samada tender diterima, gagal, ditender semula atau dibatalkan, kos pembelian dokumen tender tidak akan dikembalikan.

 

4. Dokumen tender hanya akan dikeluarkan kepada kontraktor-kontraktor yang layak sahaja. Dalam hal ini, sekiranya ada, mana-mana Kontraktor yang menjadi wakil hendaklah membawa Sijil Pendaftaran Asal MOF yang mempunyai “KOD BIDANG” seperti yang dikehendaki di dalam iklan ini pada hari pembelian dokumen tender .

 

5. Dokumen tender yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam sampul surat yang bermeteri dan Nombor Tender dan Tajuk Tender ditulis di sebelah atas kanan sampul dan hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam peti tender di Education Malaysia Global Services, Suite A-21-1, Aras 21, 157 Hampshire Place Office, No. 1, Jalan Mayang Sari, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, sebelum atau pada 8 Februari 2021, jam 12.00 tengahari. Dokumen Tender yang lewat dihantar tidak akan diterima.

 

6. Education Malaysia Global Services tidak terikat untuk menerima tawaran yang terendah atau mana-mana tawaran atau memberikan penjelasan ke atas penolakan mana-mana tawaran dan juga tidak akan bertanggungjawab ke atas kos yang dialami oleh penender.

 

7. Berikutan pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP), sila hubungi Bahagian Perolehan EMGS sebelum pembelian dokumen Tender atau jika terdapat sebarang pertanyaan melalui emel di procurement@educationmalaysia.gov.my atau hubungi di talian +603-2180 0800.
