Who we are?
ISAC is a service centre that operates 24 hours and assists on the arrival of all international students before their official entry to the Malaysian Immigration Gate at the airports.
ISAC also assists in providing a first-hand experience for international students to Study in Malaysia by welcoming the students when they arrive at KLIA Terminal 1 (T1) and KLIA Terminal 2 (T2).
ISAC KLIA T1 was established on April 2018 and ISAC KLIA T2 was established on April 2021.

KLIA Terminal 1 (T1)
Arrival Hall in the main terminal building at Level 3, before the immigration clearance counters.
KLIA Terminal 2 (T2)
Level 3A after the exit from the Skybridge. International students who arrives in Malaysia on Level 2 will be required to take the Passenger lifts to Level 3A.
