On 21st October 2019, Jinjilie Studying-abroad and Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) signed the first agreement of cooperation at Jinjilie Studying-Abroad Headquarters on the fifth floor of Beijing Miyang Tower. Dato’ Abdul Rahman Bin Mohamed Shariff, Chairman of Education Malaysia Global Services, and Mr. Zhu Yanmin, Chairman and President of Jinjilie Studying-Abroad were in attendance for the signing of the agreement on behalf of both parties.
This is the first collaboration for Education Malaysia Global Services with a Chinese institution to promote Malaysian education throughout China. This will bring about greater accessibility for Chinese students looking to studying abroad in Malaysia and signifies a historic milestone in the promotion of cultural and educational exchanges between China and Malaysia.

The Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) is part of the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and is responsible for promoting Malaysia’s higher education profile worldwide and reviewing visa applications for all international students who are studying in Malaysia. Jinjilie Studying-Abroad and Education Malaysia Global Services are embarking together with an in-depth collaboration on studying abroad programs and international study tour programs to further increase educational exchanges and talent transfers between both countries.
Moreover, EMGS will also provide Jinjilie Studying-Abroad with access to Malaysia’s high-quality colleges and universities; and will assist Jinjilie Studying-Abroad in the approval for conducting MUET tests in China (an entrance examination into Malaysian universities, to replace IELTS scores); and assist Jinjilie Studying-Abroad in acquiring eligibility for opening a Malaysian Visa Pre-Audit Center in China.
This year is the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Jinjilie Studying-Abroad Consulting Service Co., Ltd. Throughout its time of operation, they have delivered “integrity, authority, professionalism and responsibility” through its services, Jinjilie Studying-Abroad has accumulated a rich and in-depth understanding of its user needs. It has sent a total of over 1 million students abroad and established a leadership position in the studying abroad industry. Jinjilie Studying-Abroad with the support of a professional team and many Malaysian universities has built a good reputation among customers and established a reputable place in the industry, it’s these reasons that this agreement was based upon.
