Diploma in Education (TESL)

Overview

MSU’s Diploma in Education (TESL) equips students with a strong foundation in teaching English as a Second Language. The programme blends language proficiency, pedagogical theory, and psychology to prepare future educators. Students will undergo a 14-week practicum in primary schools to apply their learning in real classroom settings.

Entry Requirements

Pass SPM/SPMV or equivalent with a Credit in any three (3) subjects (priority will be given to a Credit in English Language); ORCertificate from Polytechnic, IPTA, or accredited IPTS; ORPass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least a B in three (3) subjects; OROther qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Government of Malaysia.
