ISAC is a service centre that operates 24 hours and assists on the arrival of all international students before their official entry to the Malaysian Immigration Gate at the airports.
ISAC also assists in providing a first-hand experience for international students to Study in Malaysia by welcoming the students when they arrive at KLIA Terminal 1 (T1) and KLIA Terminal 2 (T2).
ISAC KLIA T1 was established on April 2018 and ISAC KLIA T2 was established on April 2021.

Operating Hours:
International Student Arrival Centre (ISAC Counter) operates for 24 hours
ISAC's On Air
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Malaysia time)
Please note that if you contact us outside of these hours, our service will be unavailable. For urgent inquiries, you may contact us at ISAC's on Air for assistance.

Level 3A after the exit from the Skybridge. International Students who arrive in Malaysia on Level 2 will be required to take the Passenger lifts to Level 3A.
