To equipd working adults to independently provide and manage specialised property marketing or property practice or property valuation services to the community, thus to be qualified as Probationary Estate Agent (PEA) with full exemption from the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Proper- ty Managers (BOVAEP) examinations then after fulfilling further requirement to be a Registered Estate Agent with BOVAEP.
