REVISED OPERATING HOURS FOR THE EMGS ONE-STOP CENTRE DURING RAMADAN 2023 AND URGENT SUBMISSION OF PASSPORTS DUE TO HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI CELEBRATION 

1. PURPOSE
1.1 The purpose of this bulletin is to provide information regarding the revised operating hours for EMGS One-Stop Centre located at the 20th Floor, Menara TA One, 22 Jalan P. Ramlee, 50250 Kuala Lumpur during the auspicious month of Ramadan

1.2  EMGS would also like to update the educational institutions regarding the submission of urgent passports due to Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration.
 

2. IMPLEMENTATION

2.1  The EMGS One-Stop Centre will be operating from 8am to 5pm beginning 23rd March 2023. 

2.2  Our existing operating hours (9am to 6pm) will resume from 25th April 2023 onwards. 

2.3  As requested by the Immigration Department – EMGS Branch, educational institutions are advised to submit the passports for students/dependants who are planning to travel due to Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration to EMGS before 14th April 2023.
