EMGS PROCESSING FEE AND EVAL FEE WAIVER FOR PALESTINIAN INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

1. PURPOSE
1.1  In a heartfelt gesture of empathy, the Government of Malaysia and EMGS are waiving the processing and eVAL fees for both New and Existing (Renewals) Palestinian International Students.

1.2  This waiver will be applicable to all New and Renewal student pass applications created in the STARS System from 1st November to 31st December 2023.

1.3  Kindly note that Palestinian students who opt for a student pass for the entire course duration will only receive a waiver for the processing and eVAL fees for the first year.
