Overview
The Master of Science in Medical Microbiology programme in AIMST University provides a solid foundation in medical microbiology as a basis for teaching, as well as basic and applied research. It considers all aspects of medical microbiology and incorporates local requirement as stipulated by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency. This programme has been developed to provide postgraduate training in medical microbiology and is intended for students graduating from life science and related disciplines who wish to extend their knowledge of microbiology and / or wish to pursue a career in the medical sciences.Programme Details

Entry Requirements
A bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA of 2.75 or equivalent, as accepted by the HEP Senate; or A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.50 and not meeting CGPA of 2.75, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment; or A bachelor’s degree or equivalent not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field. For international students, Pass IELTS with a minimum band of 6.0 or TOEFL with min 550 points.
