Kuala Lumpur, July 3^rd 2021 – Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) has launched their latest portal, ‘Discover Education Malaysia’, a one-stop information portal about higher education institutions in Malaysia in line with the brand of ‘Study in Malaysia.’ As a wing responsible for promoting Malaysia as the international education hub of choice, EMGS has taken the initiative to build a non-profit platform that can benefit and connect all higher education institutions in Malaysia with our potential local and international students and parents around the world.

‘Discover Education Malaysia’ is an additional digital platform to the existing ‘Education Malaysia’ website that is systematically built with the interest and needs of Malaysia’s higher education industry in mind. It has concrete and complete information from Malaysia’s Higher Education Institutions’ backgrounds, programmes, fee structures, career pathways, students’ testimonials, and informative articles. This portal also has reliable and credible information as the data sources are from related government organisations, which are the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Department of Higher Education (JPT), Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA), Department of Skills Development (JPK) and Private Education Division (BPS).

Besides, ‘Discover Education Malaysia’ acts as a gateway to highlight Malaysia as an international education hub globally from an official and credible Malaysia’s organisation and source. EMGS aims to bridge the gap between higher education institutions and potential local and international students and parents seeking information to study in Malaysia. Furthermore, the portal was carefully built with user-friendly navigation and detailed search filters to ease the process for students and parents from searching for information up to decision making. Now, the portal has been visited by more than 106 countries worldwide, with more than 120,000 pageviews and increasing daily.
