Established in 1983, KDU offers a wide range of programmes at Certificate, Diploma, Degree and Masters Levels. The Certificate, Diploma and Bachelor Degree courses are internally developed while the Bachelor and Master Degree programmes are conducted in association with prestigious universities in Australia and the UK.

Library There is ample seating in the Library. Users can choose to use the open tables or the individual carrels.
Carrels.
The Library also provides carrels for private study.
Photocopying Machine.
(Section 13 only).
Printing and scanning service is available in the Library. This is a self-service facility provided by the Fuji Xerox Multifunction Device. You can print black and white or coloured pages from any computer workstations in both the Miranda and Nova Labs by sending the document to print from the computer and then going to the print station to print it out. Documents can also be scanned using the same device and then sent back to user's portable USB drive.

Discussion Room.
Students may use this room for group discussion. It has a seating capacity for 10. Users may reserve at the Circulation counter.
Computers.
There are several computers in the Library for students to access electronic databases as well as to surf the Internet for information.
Wireless Network Area and Card.
The Library is a wireless network area in the College. There is a designated area in the library for students to use their own laptops.
AV Room.
The AV Room, with a seating capacity of 20, maybe used for group viewing, listening, discussion or meetings. Both staff and students may make reservations at the Circulation Counter.
KDU Computer Centre.
Computer and Information Technology is a fundamental of the learning and research experience at KDU College.
Computer applications are incorporated into degree programmes and all workstations are equipped with current software applications. KDU students will be able to access the Internet at the computer labs, and printing service is available.

8:00 am - 9:00 pm (Monday - Friday).
9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Saturday).
Close on Sunday and public holidays.
KDU Library.
If you need to surf the Internet, or carry out an online research, you can do it freely at the Library, as it is WiFi-enabled. You can use your own notebooks - Just request for the CISCO 340 Wireless Network from the librarians.
The Library is located on the 3rd Floor.
KDU Library operation hours:

Laboratory The science laboratories are used by pre-university students for practical classes. There are the Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab and Biology Lab. They are all located on the Ground Floor.

Engineering Laboratories.
The Engineering Laboratories consist of six specialised laboratories which are as follows:
Embedded System & Microelectronic Lab.
This is a computer lab with 26 Pentium 4 computers pre-loaded with engineering software such as pSpice, Matlab, simulink, 68K processor system software, PLC software, Processor Flight 68K trainer system, 8051 Microcontroller Board, Altera Max+2, Microwave Office and DSP Starter Kit..
1. Communication Radio Lab.
This lab is equipped with function generator, frequency counters, AM/FM signal generator, Spectrum Analyzer , Digital Oscilloscope, Network analyzer, Computer base NIDA Communication trainer system.
2. Electronics Lab.
This lab is equipped with power supply units, digital & analogue oscilloscope, Advanced Universal Trainer, Audio generator, LCR Meter Multimeter Benchtype, Fluke multimeters, Decade Resistance box, Decade Capacitance box, Programmer Units, IC testers, Magnifier Illuminated and semiconductor curve tracer units.
3. Control & Robotics Lab.
This lab is equipped with Analog Modeller units, Data Nibblers units, Servo Sets and Linear Image.
4. Electrical Power Lab.
This lab is equipped with Voltage Regulator, transformer, Three Phase Circuit Trainer, Dynamometer Experimental Trainer, Single Phase Transformer, Clamp meter, - Industrial Electronic Trainer, ELWE – U5 Electrical Equipment, power supply units, watt meters and motors.
5. Technical Workshop.
This workshop is equipped with Drilling machines, Cut of Machine, Electrician’s Hole Saw (different sizes), Bench Vice and Bench Drill (mini).
Skills Training Laboratories.
These laboratories are located on the Ground Floor. They are to cater to the Skills Training Programme (JPK) Engineering students.
1. Industrial Electronics & Automation Lab.
The lab is equipped with Basic Pneumatic Learning Kit, Basic Hydraulic Learning Kit and compressor units.
2. Test Measurement & Instrumentation Lab.
This lab is equipped with the TV trainers units, TV Pattern Generator, DC motor with foot mounting, AC motor with foot mounting, Safety Equipment, Oscilloscopes, power supply units, function generator, frequency counters, Electronic components kits, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Logic Probe TTL/CMOS.
3. Engineering Design & Drafting Lab.
This lab is equipped with drafting tables , drawing board engineering and drafting sets.

Student House.
KDU Accommodation Services offer a wide range of student houses around Damansara Jaya housing area. Students have a choice of Deluxe, Premium or Supreme student house, which are all located within walking distance of KDU University College and Atria Shopping Centre. Malls such as One Utama Shopping Mall and The Curve are a 5-minute drive away, while Tropicana City Mall provides free shuttle services to Damansara Jaya residents.
